How Our Practice Tests Match the CCMA Syllabus
- Practice CCMA Test 1 – Focuses on Foundational Knowledge & Basic Science. In this practice test, students will have the opportunity to review basic medical terminology, the anatomy and physiology of the body, and other essential subject matter knowledge.
- Practice CCMA Test 2 – To continue studying Foundational Knowledge & Basic Science, this test will need more detail on what you learned in Practice CCMA Test 1. It also focuses on “Administrative Assisting” and basic Patient Care tasks.
- Practice CCMA Test 3 – This test will transition into Clinical Patient Care, incorporating questions with scenarios to work through. In this practice test, you will be asked to work through a patient intake and vitals, lab testing, and apply your basic knowledge to real-world observations that help form the basis of what competent clinical care would look like.
- Practice CCMA Test 4 – This test will focus on Clinical Patient Care & Patient Care Coordination, covering scenarios that require clinical judgment and may include aspects of communication that are not necessarily verbal or written.
- Practice CCMA Test 5 – This test will be very similar to the real test. You should find that approximately 90% of the content is comprised of scenarios. This also encompasses Clinical Care, Law & Ethics, Communication, and Administration.
The practice tests are sequential, beginning with knowledge checks and progressing to scenario-based challenges, with 200 free CCMA questions. This process enables each students and professionals to build their competency and confidence as the CCMA exam approaches.
